Praise Jar

I am a co-founder

Kind words deserve to be remembered, not buried in your inbox. Whether it’s from a friend, coworker, client, or manager—someone noticed your worth and took a moment to acknowledge it. With Praise Jar, you can save those meaningful moments and revisit them whenever you need a boost

I saved kind words in a folder for years—then turned it into an app.

For a long time, I collected screenshots of encouraging messages—Slack threads, texts, little moments of recognition I didn’t want to forget. That cluttered phone folder quietly became my go-to on tough days.

So I built Praise Jar: a simple web app to save kind words you’ve received or send praise to others. You can even attach playful doodles to give the words extra warmth.

Made with Cursor, ChatGPT, and Google’s ImageFX for the doodles. Still a work in progress, but happy it exists.
